Election to the Fellowship of the CIM is a major distinction that is awarded for substantial contribution to the industry.
Claire completed her marketing diploma with the CIM and three years ago she decided to go it alone and set up her own marketing communications agency. Since then, the agency has flourished - expanding to a 10 strong team, West now works with global brands such as Flymo, Sage and Tomme Tippee.
